For any question about your data, please contact marketing@lebredacosta.com.
2. What data we collect
We only collect the data you choose to give us:
- Contact form: name, email, WhatsApp number (if you choose that contact method), subject and message.
- Meeting booking (Calendly): name, email and any information you provide when booking.
- WhatsApp, email or phone contact: the data you share with us in that conversation.
We also collect technical browsing data (such as IP address, browser type and pages visited) through cookies and third-party tools, as described in section 6.
3. How we use your data
- To reply to your enquiry and prepare a proposal, if you request one.
- To schedule and hold meetings.
- To protect the website against spam and abuse (Google reCAPTCHA).
- To measure website and ad campaign performance, when you consent to analytics and marketing cookies.
We do not sell or share your data with third parties for commercial purposes.
4. Legal basis
We process your data based on your consent (when you submit the form or accept cookies), on steps taken at your request before entering into a contract, and on our legitimate interest in protecting the website against spam, under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
5. How long we keep your data
Contact data is kept only for as long as needed to answer your request and manage any resulting business relationship. If no business relationship follows, it is deleted within 24 months of the last contact. Client data is kept for the periods required by law, namely for tax purposes.
6. Third-party services and cookies
This website uses third-party services that may collect data or set cookies on your device:

Some of these providers may transfer data outside the European Economic Area. Such transfers rely on GDPR safeguards, such as the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses or the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.
You can manage or delete cookies in your browser settings. Blocking some cookies may affect how the website works, for example the contact form or the booking calendar.
7. Your rights
You may at any time request access to, correction, erasure or portability of your data, object to or restrict its processing, and withdraw your consent without affecting the lawfulness of prior processing. Just email marketing@lebredacosta.com.
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Portuguese Data Protection Authority, CNPD (www.cnpd.pt).
